We are looking for someone with experience as a receptionist or a similar client-facing role. Your role will be to greet clients, both face-to-face and on the phone. Strong phone skills and strong scheduling skills are required. You must have the ability to multi-task between things like checking in clients, checking out clients and taking payment, preparing charts, and maintaining medical records all while having a positive attitude! Rotating Saturdays are required.
