At the website, click “Job Opportunities”, “Hourly Employment”; in Location, enter “New York HVC”.FORD WEBSITE: https://corporate.ford.com/careers.htmlJOB DESCRIPTION: This is a logistics warehouse and we ship parts to dealerships and suppliers; candidates will:Pick parts and stock parts, use scan guns, some lifting up to 50 lbs. walking, bending, standing may drive powered material handling vehicles and/or transporters.Experience is preferred but not required. We will train for job duties and licensing is required for drivers. There will be extensive safety training before actual work in the warehouse.These positions are temporary but fulltime which in most cases become permanent. All temporary workers are considered first. Overtime hours are available and new hires are expected to work them.High School diploma or GED equivalent required.Must be at least 18 years of age.A pre-employment assessment and drug screen are required.
