Job Description : In a world that can be difficult to navigate, especially for children and young adults with extra challenges, you could be the shining light at the end of the tunnel as a Youth Advocate at our Central Pasco Girls Academy location in Land O’ Lakes FL!This Youth Advocate role will be the most fulfilling and rewarding job you have ever had as you play a pivotal role in the lives of young people, helping them achieve the happy lives they deserve.At this location, you would be responsible for ensuring the needs of the program residents are always being met and that their rights are protected. Serves as the facility grievance officers and oversees the fidelity of the facility behavior motivation system. Ensures that rewards and punishers maintain a ration of 4 to 1. Oversees the facility youth advisory board, ensures that youth input is included in daily program decision making, and that residents on the board are selected and voted amongst their peers. Serves as the facility liaison between program residents and treatment team members if needed.You will find yourself immersed in a positive atmosphere of open communication and collaboration.
