Job Description : We are looking for a Data Entry Clerk to type information into our database from paper documents. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy and a fast typist with a keen eye for detail. The company will rely on you for having accurate and updated data that are easily accessible through a digital database.ResponsibilitiesTransfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems using keyboardsType in data provided directly from repsCreate spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakesVerify data by comparing it to source documentsUpdate existing dataRetrieve data from the database or electronic files as requestedPerform regular backups to ensure data preservationSort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lostSkillsProven experience as data entry clerkFast typing skills; Knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferredExcellent knowledge of word and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)Working knowledge of office equipmentBasic understanding of databasesGood command of English both oral and written and customer service skillsGreat attention to detailHigh school degree or equivalentJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: From $16.00 per hourSchedule:Monday to FridayCOVID-19 considerations:All Employees MUST wear mask at all times inside the buildingAbility to commute/relocate:Atlanta, GA 30354: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Application Question(s):If Hired, Are you able to start immediately?Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
