Job Description : Full-time Administrative Assistant needed on-site for homeowner/condominium association(s) in Vero Beach. Responsibilities include administrative support of the Community Association Manager, community correspondence, mailings, and other administrative tasks.The following are a MUST for this position:Strong attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsOutstanding multi-tasking abilityAbility to work under pressureAbility to take initiative to research and find solutionsAbility to continually reprioritize tasksStrong customer serviceFriendly, professional demeanorExcellent computer skillsWork in a fast-paced and sometime distracting environmentSelf-starter with the ability to work independentlyReliable TransportationBookkeeping skills a plusCompletion of the Indeed Assessments is a necessary requirement.
