Job Description : Valiant Integrated Services, a leader in the Defense Services industry, is looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, self-starter to greet visitors to the Army’s Mission Training Complex, JBLM, Washington, provide access control to campus facilities, and assist the operations manager in a variety of administrative support functions.

The full-time front office position is the face of the organization responsible for checking access credentials, providing badging or escort access, scheduling and maintaining a suite of calendars coordinating customer activities; and assisting with coordinating staff travel, security clearances, and other human resources issues.

The successful applicant uses their skills and experience to effectively liaise with military customers, government staff, and contract employees. The Administrative Assistant – Operations works closely with the Operations Support Manager, government leadership, and the contract Program Manager.
