Position : Afterhours Driver Dispatcher
Job Description : Davis Express, Inc., located in Starke, FL, is a refrigerated carrier using company drivers serving the Southeastern United States. We have an opportunity for highly motivated professional individuals to help strengthen our Operations team. We are currently seeking Dispatchers in our Operations Department at our main terminal in Starke, Florida off Highway 301. Our operation runs 24/7 which requires personnel to work a rotating schedule of 4 -12 hour shifts per week working 50% of the weekends per year (work 5 straight weekends and then off 5 straight weekends). These positions are hourly positions and overtime is paid accordingly. Newly hired operations staff is placed on the night shift. As day shift positions become available, employees are moved to day shift based on seniority.
