Job Description : Aircraft RefuelerThis recruitment is for an Aircraft Refueler with International Aviation Service (IAS) operating at Ted Stevens International Airport. IAS has an excellent opportunity for individuals who have a willingness and a desire to be part of our well-established company with over 60 years in the aviation industry.This position works under general supervision and reports to the General Manager. Aircraft Refuelers are responsible for performing all aspects of aircraft refueling operations safely and efficiently into various types of aircraft. The position is also responsible for accurately recording all pertinent flight information onto daily paperwork, as well safely operating all fleet vehicles and equipment. Candidates must demonstrate an ability to work well in a team environment and work individually.This is a non-exempt, full-time position. This opening is for night shifts and overnight shifts working various days throughout the week, including weekends and holidays.Minimum Qualifications for Position Requirements are:No experience necessary, some experience preferred.Extensive on the job training provided.High school diploma or G.E.D.Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.Pre-screening drug testing and ability to pass federal background check.Must be willing to work assigned shifts, including weekends and holidays as necessary.Ability to work independently and as a team player.Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.Ability to communicate information effectively.Ability to record information accurately on all related paperwork.Ability to perform basic math calculations.Must be willing to work outdoors in all kinds of weather.Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offRetirement planVision insuranceSchedule:10 hour shift8 hour shiftHolidaysNight shiftWeekend availabilityAbility to commute/relocate:Anchorage, AK 99502: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)License/Certification:Driver’s License (Preferred)Shift availability:Night Shift (Preferred)Overnight Shift (Preferred)Work Location: One location
