The Role & You
Reporting to the Sr Manager of Logistics, you are an inquisitive person with an interest in process improvement. You will work closely with our Member Experience, Supply Chain, and Software teams to understand our core processes and identify and investigate inventory and membership discrepancies. When optimization opportunities are identified, you will lead cross-functional process improvements and track the success of the implemented countermeasures.
You should have 1-3 years of overall work experience good problem-solving and analytical skills, be extremely well organized, detail-oriented, and an effective time manager. You should also have strong written and verbal skills
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Developing methodologies and providing training with the cross-functional teams to identify discrepancies
Lead investigations into discrepancies, provide reports and statistics to executive team
Submit credit memos and track the overall application of credits
Identify root causes of discrepancies, develop countermeasures, and work to implement countermeasures
Provide reporting and analytics as necessary
Your success in this role will primarily be measured on the following metrics:
Timeliness and accuracy of reports and data
Timeliness completing investigations after a discrepancy is identified
Success of implemented countermeasures
