Job Description
What this Job Entails:
The Asset Security Compliance I position focuses on IT asset protection, otherwise known as loss prevention. Duties include activities associated with preventing shrinkage, as well as monitoring to detect anomalies of asset tracking. The hire will be running inventory transaction reports, remotely overseeing 150+ global inventory stockrooms, reporting findings, and, importantly, making and implementing recommendations related to loss prevention.

Requires detailed instructions
Your Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist in reducing inventory shrinkage
Help to increase inventory accuracy
Assist in reporting on stockroom inventory audit results
Assess physical security risks
Monitor, detect and inspect suspicious transactions
Assist in preparation of reports to be present weekly to management
Liaise with local stockroom supervisors
Support team in providing recommendations to local and regional management to improve asset protection and inventory management processes
Assist in escalating issues to local, regional and upper management
Analyze asset life cycle reports to identify anomalies and process deviations

Required Qualifications/Skills:
Associate’s degree (A.A) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and 0 to 2 years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Travel availability is required. Must have a passport in good standing
Experience with Excel/Google Sheets
Ability to work remotely, independently, and meet deadlines
Understanding of warehouse loss prevention, supply chain, and/ or operations a plus
Familiarity with root cause analysis, data trending, and continuous improvement
Complex problem solving skills

Must be able to use a computer
Must have the ability to communicate effectively
