Position : Building Secretary – Arrowhead Elementary
Job Description : Arrowhead Elementary School is looking for a building secretary. The building secretary will:
Organize and expedite the workflow of the building, and offer guidance and direction to school personnel as neededServe as information resource person, acting as liaison between community and schoolDispense pertinent information and direction to students, parents and staffPerformance Responsibilities: Provide telephone support for the buildingHandle correspondence, handout preparation, and copying for the building
Internal candidates (currently employed by the Olentangy Local School District) must submit an internal online application in Applicant Tracking.
External candidates must submit an external online application in Applicant Tracking and complete an online Support Candidate Assessment. Applicants may revisit their online application at any time to make necessary additions or changes.
The online Support Candidate Assessment is sent via a link under separate email cover. On occasion, the email may end up in junk or spam mail. If so, the link will be titled “Do Not Reply” with the subject “Regarding your Olentangy Local Schools application”. Keep in mind that the assessment is a timed assessment, so please set aside approximately 45 minutes of uninterrupted time before you begin the process. Once the assessment is started, it must be completed.
