Position : Call Center – Member Service Representative

InFirst is seeking a Call Center Member Service Representative. The right candidate will work in our King George and Fredericksburg, Virginia branches.Responsibilities include:Assists members and potential members with their financial needs over the telephone and in person.Process account transactions, resolves problems, and provides assistance regarding products and services.Performs a broad-range of branch and teller activities via phone, in person, by mail, email, fax, and online services.If you have excellent interpersonal skills and previous call center, teller, and/or member service experience, we want you to join our team. The right candidate must have the ability to deal with difficult members, resolve problems, and work well under pressure. Hours include daytime, evenings, and weekends.*Education and Skills Experience*A high school education or GED is required. A minimum of six months to two years’ experience in member service, lending, collections, or related experience. Candidates must demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of credit union products and services.
