Job Description : Compliance inspectorsAdvance HOA Management, Inc.Locations: Fort Collins, Loveland, WindsorPay: $20/hour plus $.44 ½ for mileageHours: Part-time, flexibleRequirements:- Vehicle- Driver’s License- SmartphoneJob Description:Looking for a flexible, part-time position? Our HOA Communities have 1 or 2 inspections per month. Inspectors drive or walk around looking for violations such as trash cans left out, landscaping not maintained, parking violations, and more. Inspectors are generally able to set their own hours and pick what day they do the inspection. They are assigned a few communities and will work with each Community Manager to know what to look for. Advance has an app that is compatible with Android or iPhone for Inspectors to use. Inspectors submit an invoice at the end of the month tracking the communities, hours, and mileage.Advance HOA Management believes it is a privilege to provide communities with service that exceeds the expectations of the Board and homeowners.
