You will serve as the face of MP Copiers, Inc. and earn commissions’ equivalent to a salespersons commission while advancing your knowledge in the IT field.On the job and factory training, top pay, tools, medical insurance, matching 401k, car allowance, laptop, cell phone, tuition reimbursement, paid vacation and holidays, performance bonuses and commissions.What You Will Do: Use your problem-solving skills to conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on Copiers/printers and assist in the installation of equipment and solutionsCommunicate our total value to the customer to meet their needs and grow sales within existing customer accountsLeverage tools and technology to conduct service visits and recommend unique programs and solutions to customersProvide emergency service to existing customers via phone or in person, as neededManage equipment, parts, and inventory to control costsAfter completing an initial training program, you will be servicing established customers within an assigned territory.Candidate must have: Five years minimum digital copier experiencePossess strong technical background, mechanical skill, business knowledge, good oral and written communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proven commitment to customer satisfaction.Working knowledge of computers and networks.A valid driver’s license with a safe driving record, and a reliable vehicle.A good work ethic, the ability to work independently or as a team and a burning desire to succeed-a self-starter.A+ Certification preferred (not required)MP Copiers, Inc. is a 29-year-old locally owned Veteran business equipment dealership located in Manassas, VA.
