Please apply now!DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for reviewing orders/projects to ensure proper product is included in contractProviding feedback to Jacuzzi Sales Representative of any missing or incorrect measurements or pricing issues.Welcome call with new clients to review products ordered and assign an installation datePlan and schedule installations, review quality standards and customer satisfaction/reviews in a timely fashionProvide excellent customer service to our current & past clientsBe of service to any customers between sales and install durationAverage of 8 outbound calls per hourREQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIESCustomer service and data entry experience preferredBasic computer knowledgeExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlinesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsConstruction contract experience is preferredHOURS Monday- Friday; Rotating schedule on a weekly basisRotating hours are: 8:00am- 5:00pm, 10:00am -7:00pm, 12:00pm-9:00pm OR 1:00pm – 10:00pmEvery other Saturday from 9:00am – 6:00pmBENEFITSHourly pay from $17-$19 depending on experienceFull medical, dental, life, and disability insurance plansGenerous paid vacation and holidaysPaid TrainingA competitive 401(k) retirement savings program, matching at 50% up to the first 6% contributed.Advancement OpportunitiesJob Type: Full-timePay: $17.00 – $19.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee assistance programHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Day shiftMonday to FridayOvertimeWeekend availabilityApplication Question(s):Are you available to work a rotating schedule?Work Location: One location
