Position : Customer Service Representative/Call Center

Job Description : At Home Zone, we pride ourselves on our ability to offer the best value in home furniture and top-notch service to our guests.As a CSR, you will be working within our Customer Experience Team to manage the customer’s experience. You will be asked to work service claims through our CRM platform (Zendesk), answer phone calls regarding a variety of inquiries, process, and schedule furniture service calls/exchanges, and de-escalate complaints/inquiries.This is a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and to do well in this role, you need to be able to multi-task at a high level, remain calm, think outside of the box, and pay GREAT attention to detail.Job Responsibilities:Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward our guests at all times.Responding promptly to guest inquiries.Communicating with guests through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and texts.Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution.Processing service orders/exchanges and rescheduling deliveriesKeeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and suggestions to improve. We are always on the lookout for a better process!Job Requirements:Valid driver’s license and transportation to and from workPrompt and reliable attendance.Clean background – we have one of the most thorough background checks in the industry.The ability to multi-task whilst paying great attention to detailHigh school diploma, general education degree or equivalent.Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.Familiarity with using computers.Experience working in a customer service role.Zendesk, Storis, DispatchTrack, and Slack experience preferred, but not required.Proficiency in English.Bilingual in Spanish preferred.Available Schedules:(5-day work week) Tuesday-Saturday 8am-6pm(4-day work week) Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 8am-8pm.
