Job Description : Position: Customer Service Representative – Front officeSchedule: Monday – Friday 7:55 am – 5:00 pmResponsibilities include: · Heavy check in/out· Registering patients· Collects appropriate patient data and the collection of payments.· Verifies necessary insurance, demographic, and referral information and records in the medical record.· Maintains and update current information on physician’s schedules ensuring that patients are scheduled properly, and appointments are confirmed.· Reviews clinic schedules often to verify accuracy.· Answering a multi-line phone, answers telephone, screen calls, takes messages, and provides information.· Schedule patient appointments for a 23-provider practice· Assist with and/or relay patient requests/questions to MA or other clinical staff· Cross train in other Front Office positions including phone CSR· Monitor provider schedules to ensure scheduling accuracy· Preform various admin duties such as processing medical records, sorting faxes, referrals, scheduling depositions, managing messages from patients· Other projects/duties as directedPosition Requirements: · Exceptional customer service skills· Medical office and billing/insurance verification experience preferable· Must believe in a patient centered approach· Outstanding teamwork attitude· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills· Work at an efficient and fast pace· Must be self-motivatedExplanation of Benefits: ·· Medical Dental & Vision Insurance Offered· Paid Time Off each year· 8 paid Holidays a year· 401k plan with profit sharing and a cash balance pension planInfo about our practice – Flagstaff Bone and Joint, PLLC: Flagstaff Bone and Joint is in the four-season mountain community of Flagstaff, Arizona.
