Job Description : We are looking for a Data Entry Clerk to type information into our EMR system from paper documents AND scan and upload documentation.The ideal candidate will be computer savvy with a keen eye for detail. You will report to a data manager or another senior data team member. Understanding of data confidentiality principles is compulsory. The company will rely on you for having accurate and updated data that are easily accessible through a digital database.ResponsibilitiesTransfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems using keyboards, data recorders or optical scannersType in data provided directly from customersVerify data by comparing it to source documentsUpdate existing dataRetrieve data from the database or electronic files as requestedPerform regular backups to ensure data preservationSort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lostSkillsGreat attention to detailProven experience as data entry clerkKnowledge of EMR systems a plusWorking knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devicesGood command of English both oral and written and customer service skillsHours: 10-25 hours per weekJob Types: Contract, TemporaryPay: $14.00 per hourSchedule:Day shiftMonday to FridayExperience:EMR systems: 1 year (Required)Data Entry Specialists: 2 years (Required)Work Location: One location
