Job Description : The mission of Trinity Preparatory School of Florida is to develop individuals who will excel in college and in life, contribute to their communities, lead in a changing society, and grow spiritually.Job Title: Upper School Dean of StudentsDepartment: Institutional SupportPosition Summary: Trinity Preparatory School is a coed, day, Episcopal school with over 850 students in WinterPark, Florida. The Upper School Dean of Students is responsible for articulating behavioral standards, monitoring student behavior, and enforcing the discipline system. The Dean will assist the Head of Upper School in engaging and developing students in areas related to human diversity, providing opportunities to develop relationships with individuals and groups an individual student may consider to be different from themselves.
