CalPERS is situated near the Napa Valley, San Francisco, Lake Tahoe, and other desirable destinations, and we offer competitive benefit packages, compensation, and opportunities for advancement.The Human Resources Division (HRSD) is currently seeking an Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) to serve as our Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DE&I) Recruitment Consultant in our Recruitment, Exams & Onboarding Section. Under the leadership and guidance of the Staff Services Manager II, the DE&I Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for:Developing, implementing, and executing the enterprise’s DE&I efforts related to the hiring and selection processProviding various trainings to a variety of audiences related to DE&I recruitment strategiesResearching and analyzing various recruitment strategies to expand our DE&I effortsProviding training internally to the Talent Acquisition Section when new strategies have been developedAttending employee resource groups meetings, such as the CalPERS Diversity & Inclusion Group and the CalPERS Disability Advisory Committee to incorporate enterprise-wide efforts and align strategies across the organizationAttending meets with the Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer, along with various other senior leaders and stakeholders, to discuss efforts being made in these areas and work on action items for our areaMaintaining a recruitment roster and assist hiring managers and division Human Resources Liaisons to keep abreast of current laws, rules, and regulationsTelework Information: This position has been designated as eligible for telework in an office-centered capacity. This is defined as the team member working fifty (50) percent or more of their time in the office.
