Development Operations Associate – Days- Midtown Location
Reporting to the Manager of Development Operations, the Operations Associate will build collaborative relationships with the department to maintain relevant data and enhance how that data is used. Key responsibilities may include producing mailing lists for fundraising and events outreach, updating the development database with prospect activity, event responses, and demographic information, and maintaining reports in support of strategic planning, and promoting data integrity through regular maintenance and ongoing clean-up efforts. This position also works closely with senior staff to document and enforce data governance policies and procedures. Performs other job related duties as assigned by the Manager of Development Operations. In order to be successful, this individual should be able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Preferred Criteria
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Experience with a constituent relationship management database such as Salesforce, Raiser’s Edge, or Blackbaud CRM
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong organizational and planning skills with excellent attention to detail
Interest in building a non-profit career and gaining exposure to fundraising
Required Criteria
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
