Job Description : *Position Title: Administrative AssistantEmployment Category: Exempt, full-time (40 hours/week) 12 Months.Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree. Bilingual in both oral and written content (Spanish & English).Essential Duties and Responsibilities: *-Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks including managing an active calendar of appointments; purchasing necessary items for events, submitting expense reports to accounts payable, composing and preparing confidential correspondence.-Answers all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries.-Redirect calls as appropriate and takes adequate messages when required.Ability to prioritize multiple projects, handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow through on projects to successful completion, meet deadlines.-Coordinates multiple office management tasks such as: managing excels on office/school business related systems such as teacher management systems (Powerschool, AESOP, etc.), phone, email (Google), office copiers (scanner, printer, and fax)Job Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $30,000.00 – $40,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offRetirement planVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftExperience:Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)Google Suite: 1 year (Preferred)Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
