Job Description : Looking for someone who is a safe driver and likes being on the road.Perfect for people who have been/would like to be an Uber driver, but don’t want to worry about customers in and out of their car.REQUIREMENT: Candidates must live in the area listedThe main goal is to drive and find properties meeting our criteria, uploading those properties for our review via an app.Hours/Schedule Requirements: Part Time (20 hours) or Full Time (40 hours). Employee will be allowed to pick their own schedules, as long as roughly the same amount of hours are worked per week.The ideal Driver draws energy from being able to drive new places and in finding how to do a repetitive job well. Schedule-driven individuals will thrive in this environment as they have the ability to set their own schedules and follow through each week. This individual will be required to safely drive either 20 or 40 hours per week through residential areas marking on a cell phone app the houses they see that meet our criteria. All driving must be done during daylight.Tech-familiarity will be important as a variety of apps and online tools will be used to record and transmit the lists being assembled. Apps will track time and location while driving. This individual must be highly reliable. As drivers work remotely, they must be able to work well without socializing and without constant instruction.
