Job Description:
About the Role:
The eCommerce Policy Analyst builds a strategic vision for protecting the go-to-market strategies behind the Kichler and Elan brands. This role is responsible to educate, monitor, carry out and communicate policy information both internally and externally to key team members. The successful candidate will drive development, tracking and improvement of key Company policies.
What You Will Do:
Develops, manages, performs and analyzes key online reports and tracking studies related to online behavior
Review and vet websites and marketplaces for authorization to sell Kichler products
Work closely with internal legal business partners and outside counsel to uphold standards
Act as a leader with a vision to educate the organization on the complexities of the brand protection efforts
Connect with customers, agencies and internal business partners to implement the policies, drive behavior change, and provide continuous education/training across the organization
Recommend improvements to strategy, policies and monitoring activities to continually evolve to achieve industry-leading outcomes
Works with the e-Commerce Team to determine needs and drive improvements
Anticipates research needs to support the Company sales and marketing plan
Works cross-functionally to maintain and improve existing online initiatives and programs
Interprets research results, sales information, economic data, and market information to present to team members including Executive Staff
Manage strategic vendor relationships
What We Look For In A Candidate:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Social Science or Math from an accredited College or University
Minimum of two (2) years related research and analysis experience
Expertise using Microsoft Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work cross-functionally and interface will employees at all levels of the organization
Must be detail oriented, persistent, process driven and demonstrate creativity in problem solving
Salary Range:
Min Range: $50,680.00 USD Annual
Mid Range: $72,400.00 USD Annual
Max Range: $94,120.00 USD Annual
