Summary:
The Employee Relations Coordinator is responsible for being the liaison for upper management and executing and maintaining Human Resource confidentiality of the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities:Travel-book travel, arrange for cars and hotels as well as pickups for corporate and all other visitors that come to Jackson.Meeting setup-refreshments (limited).Founders Day-help create invitations, cocktails, dinner, hotel reservations, cars etc. Track all donations, complete check request and keep file copy.Answers incoming telephone calls, screens calls, and refer to proper person for handling. Assists directly with routine inquiries.Completes accurate data entry and provide accurate reporting as necessary.Kiplinger report and dictation for SVP of Operations.Maintain weekly Matrix report in box.Review call logs daily.Audit attendance reports and timecards daily.Issue Counseling’s, Attendance and Job Performance Write ups as necessary.Track issued Counseling’s, Attendance and Job Performance Write ups daily.Perform exit interviews with terminated employees and report out weekly.Run attendance reports and audit timecards daily.Issue Counselings, Attendance and Job Performance Write ups as necessary.Track issued Counselings, Attendance and Job Performance Write ups daily.Perform exit interviews with terminated employees and report out weekly.Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work.Administrative or human resources experience a plus.Personal computer and word processor skills.Tact, above average communication skills, ability to work effectively with both employees and managers.Ability to convey a positive and professional image to applicants and employees.HS Diploma or equivalent.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.Excellent communication and documentation skills.Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
