Job Description : The Energy Program Manager is also referred to as the Energy Resource Specialist III (Managerial) with in the state of California.This position will direct a staff of approximately 20 team members spanning program activities in energy technology systems integration and energy infrastructure integrity and sustainability in the Energy Systems Research Office of our Energy Research and Development Division.Key Phrases: Experience in energy technology innovation and energy sector analysis.Experience in managing technical programs, including strategic planning activities.Ability to lead high-performing, highly motivated teams, to build team capabilities, and to foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, respect, and excellence.Ability to deliver high-quality, timely teamwork products.Ability to operate in a fast-paced work environment, with a high level of organization, and to manage multiple priorities.Ability to productively address and resolve conflict.Ability to represent the Division and Commission in meetings, conferences, hearings, and workshops with state and federal agencies, the Legislature, companies, research organizations, communities, and other stakeholders.Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, including with non-expert audiences.To officially submit an application and be considered visit CalCareer.ca.gov and apply to JC: 290289Questions about applying?
