Job Description : IT / EPIC SUPPORT ANALYST (Service Desk)SUMMARY:Seeking an IT/Epic Support Analyst with experience on various Epic modules such as, ClinDoc, Cadence, Ambulatory, Grand Central and others. This person will be responsible for providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 support/training of Epic applications and other clinical applications, functioning as support arm for the Enterprise Service Desk.
