Roles and Responsibilities
Monitoring of Housekeeping, Security & Electricians.
Planning and schedule of Periodic preventive maintenance of DG Set, Transformer & office maintenance.
Inventory management of Stationary items.
Cost monitoring of Admin activities
Oversee the members of the administrative team and coordinate their activities
Ensure adherence to relevant company procedures and policies
Co-ordination with Zonal team for back-end support for ADMIN activities.
Control the office supplies and make sure it is in accordance with office needs
Coordinate and participate in office space planning, maintenance and renovations when necessary
To ensure good co-ordination with Outside vendors.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification : Any Degree holder with Computer proficiency
Experience : Minimum 3 years
Key Competencies
Good communication skills
Vendor identification and assessment
Cost Analysis
Counselling and negotiation skills
Dealing with statutory authorities
Team player
SAP knowledge for doing transactions
Experience : From 3 to 5 year(s) of experience
