Job Description : High volume real estate investment firm and lender currently has an opening for a full time Executive Assistant to our lending team. We are looking for someone detail oriented to perform a broad range of functions in support of the of the company and lending team. We’re proud to offer a great atmosphere with and believe in taking care of our team members!Job Summary and Key Responsibilities: Answering and routing phone callsManaging and assigning leadsData input for each file into the custom built CRMAssisting the lending team with scheduling, project development, and task managementProcessing and coordinating loan and property transactions with clients, title companies and lendersAssist in managing our loan servicing/ property portfolioAssist in managing all active marketing including social media accounts, creating/maintaining weekly blog posts, and email blast campaignsCollaboration with lending team on business development and special projectsGeneral office dutiesSoft Skills needed for success :Detail-oriented with ability to multitaskExcellent communication, reading, writing, and customer service skillsSelf-starter, strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and follow-upAbility to work independently with minimum supervisionAbility to work well under pressure while maintaining excellent quality standardsQualifications: Knowledge of commercial real estate and mortgage lending industry terms and practices a plus1 + year(s) administration and/or loan processing experienceProficiency with Word, Excel, Powerpoint and their Gmail equivalentsProficiency with CRM systems a plus but will trainValid driver’s licenseCell PhoneCompensation: Competitive Depending On Experience and Bonus Comp Available!Application: Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter explaining why you’d be a great fit for our team.
