About the role
The Finance Executive is responsible for preparing and issuing timely and accurate invoices, and credits as necessary, to BSI customers.
Essential Responsibilities:
Invoice clients for work performed
Collection of payments
Responsible for Query Reporting
Checking of Expenses & Managing Petty Cash ( imprest )
Monthly Revenue & Cost Accruals
Support all business units, and perform ad-hoc projects
Review customer files/contracts
Maintain/update purchase orders, quotes, and other billing information
The ideal candidate will possess the following characteristics:
Graduate in commerce stream
Should have 1 to 2 year working experience with Multinational company
Good communication skills
Good Command on MS Excel
Should have working knowledge of GST
Persuasiveness/tact when speaking with internal and external customers
Juggle multiple tasks and prioritize
Ability to handle pressure from clients (internal and external)
Prior use of SAP preferred; use of an ERP system required
Bilingual – Fluent in English and Hindi preferable.

Participation in Accident Investigation
Exercise the right to withdraw oneself from work if one feels it is unsafe working environment. Inform the respective line manager
Contribute in achieving Environment, Health and Safety objectives
Work in teams to make BSI a safe workplace
