Position : Flight Watch Coordinator – Temp
Job Description : Overview
Responsible for reconfirmations of hotel and travel accommodations for Crewmembers and provides support to the Scheduling department.
Responsibilities
Monitor daily operational flight activities.
Ensure Ground Transportation and Hotels are booked, confirmed, and reconfirmed, based on rolling schedule
Implement corrective action, as necessary, if ground transportation fails to show or flights are on a rolling delay
Communicate information about transportation or hotel reservation changes to affected stations, vendors, and departments within the GCC and Hotel Connections
Serve as a liaison between the Manager on Duty (MOD), Crew Scheduling, and the Travel and Hotel departments
Handle high volume of communications, i.e., phone and email traffic, while providing professional customer service
Qualifications
College degree preferred
Exceptional customer service
Ability to work in a face paced environment
Maintain a professional, positive, and approachable manner
Ability to prioritize workload while handling multiple tasks
Strong computer skills
Ability to build relationships internally and externally
Collaborative team player
Punctuality and accountability required
Attention to detail
Must be willing and able to work within a 24-hour operations environment (weekends/holidays)
