Job Description : ReceptionistOur law firm is looking for a full-time dedicated receptionist with a friendly, smiling face and a helping hand. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and multitasking skills, a positive attitude and a professional and strong work ethic.Receptionist Responsibilities:Greet and welcome guests and direct them to the appropriate officeAnswer, screen and forward incoming phone callsEnsure reception area and conference rooms are tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materialProvide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/emailReceive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveriesMaintain office security by following safety procedures/controlling access to the officeOrder office supplies and keep inventory of stockUpdate calendars and schedule meetingsContributes to the Team effort by offering support across the organizationPerform other duties as assignedRequirements: Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Office Representative or similar roleProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteHands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)Professional attitude and appearanceSolid written and verbal communication skillsAbility to be resourceful and proactive when issues ariseExcellent organizational skillsMultitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasksCustomer service attitudeHigh school degree required; additional certification in Office Management is a plusJob Type: Full-timeSchedule:Monday to FridayExperience:relevant: 1 year (Preferred)customer service: 1 year (Preferred)Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Location:Conroe, TX 77301 (Preferred)Work Location:One locationTypical start time:8AMTypical end time:5PM
