Must have good written and verbal skills, ability to multi-task, and exceptional customer service skills.Front Desk responsibilities include but are not limited to:Checking in / out patientsVerifying insurance eligibilityScheduling appointmentsAnswering billing questionsAssisting Office manager and Front Desk Manager with various tasksExperienced preferred (either dental or medical office) but willing to train the right person!
