The Primary Health Network is the largest Federally Qualified Healthcare Center (FQHC) in the state of Pennsylvania. We have been serving our communities for 36 years. We currently operate healthcare centers in 16 counties in the state of Pennsylvania and 1 in the state of Ohio. We offer primary care, behavioral health, specialty care (in select counties) and dental services across the state of Pennsylvania.

Position Overview
Front Office Assistant
This person is responsible for performing daily clerical activities within the front office related to maintaining smooth patient flow and enforcing reimbursement related procedures as they apply to the front office.
Location and Hours of Position
PHN Lewistown Dental Center. The general office hours for this position are:
Mon 8.30-7
Tue,Wed,Thur 8.30-5
Fri 8.30am-12.30
Education/Experience Requirements
High school graduate or equivalent
Minimum of one (1) year professional office experience in a healthcare setting preferred

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent phone skills
Flexibility in the workplace
Proficient typing and computer skills
Must be available to work evening hours, as required)
