Job Description : CALLING ALL COACHES!!New Waves Volleyball Club is growing, 4 teams in 2021 to 7 teams in 2022 Season. The goal is 10 teams in the 2023 season. We are searching for Elite level coaches to help us with our summer camps and Tryouts. We are adding end of the season $1000 Bonus.WHY New Waves Volleyball ClubYou will be provided with the foundation and support that is needed for you and your team to growYou will be given the flexibility to coach and run practices for what is specifically best for you and your team while still aligning with New Waves Volleyball Club’s strategies and beliefsCompetitive CompensationMOST IMPORTANTLY — your passion for volleyball and the opportunity to help our youth grow and develop not only into ELITE volleyball players, but also AMAZING people!COACHING REQUIREMENTS Head Coach: Experience as a head coach with a club, high school, or college.Assistant Coach: College and / or club playing experience.Job Type: ContractPay: $20.00 – $40.00 per hourSupplemental Pay:Bonus payEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Work Location: Multiple Locations
