SUMMARY
As the program manager, this position will provide key support to the development and execution of the HR infrastructure, programs, and services to enable the strategic plans of Digital and Diversified Growth (D/DG) business units. The incumber will establish high functioning working relationships with the HR Strat Partner leaders supporting D/DG, operational leaders of HR core infrastructure and COE teams, and vendor/ partners.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Provide management of priorities related to development and implementation of differentiated HR program priorities for D/DG. Partner with D/DG management team to identify, prioritize and pursue requisite differentiation.
Liaise with HR COE teams and Service Delivery teams to initiate and facilitate projects in support of D/DG newco and greenfield start up and operations in support of D/DG strategic plan.
Liaise with vendor partners, equity partners, deal team and HR M&A team on critical path items with pre-diligence process for potential transactions.
Provide leadership and facilitation of product adoption plans/ forecasts for acquired product capabilities to BSMH Associates in partnership with HR COE and Service Delivery Leaders.
Support management meetings to include facilitation, planning, coordinating and follow-up. Prepare presentation and materials needed for D/DG executive team meetings.
Partner with HR Analytics team to develop talent analytics dashboard/ reporting pertinent to D/DG business units and the portfolio companies/ functions that roll up to D/DG.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Minimum Education:
4 year/ Bachelors Degree
Preferred Specialty/Major:
Healthcare Administration
Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Knowledge of McKesson EPR Systems of equivalent, knowledge of inventory movements, transaction and control procedures must have a very good understanding around the financial component of inventory transactions and balance sheet, must have a good knowledge of Lean manufacturing and principles, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, strong soft skills, ability to travel 30-40%
Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:
Supply Chain Management/operations experience preferred, 3-5 years of General Accounting experience
