Job Description : Marketing Statement

Duties
Typical duties include but are not limited to:
Provide administrative support to HR and Training areas to include but not limited to greeting and responding to various associate/customer/vendor requests, assembling material, room set up/prep, class registration/tracking, filing, photocopying, posting of information.
Assist with payroll process to include data entry, communication with payroll regarding changes and prepping of files during pay weeks as well as appropriate filing of documents.
Assists Talent Acquisition Consultant in all aspects of recruitment, which may include: conducting employment verifications, job postings, scheduling interview appointments, relocation, setting up new hire files.
Preparation of various reports; either regularly or ad hoc;
Maintain and update active and terminated associate records and files.
Assist in staff development and company activities.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Qualifications / Experience:
2 years of college/Associate Degree or comparable HR/Office experience
1 year general office experience
Proficiency in MS Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email
Accuracy in filing and inputting information into various systems
Ability to
Follow established processes and instructions
Multi-task and handle conflicting priorities
Keep track of and report on detailed information in a timely and accurate fashion
Calculate basic mathematical equations and reconcile records
Interact effectively with a diverse population of internal/external customers in a professional manner
Maintain confidentiality of privileged information
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience with HRIS systems preferred
