With incentives increasing and the cost of Solar power decreasing, the Solar Power industry is growing rapidly. Keeping up with demand is exciting and provides immense opportunity. We are in need of good people to help communicate the benefit of solar to residential prospects on preset appointments.AVOLTA:Avolta, founded in 2015, has been recognized as an elite solar company known for compensation and work-life balance. Through a blend of traditional and innovative marketing we are able to generate pre-set appointments for our Sales Consultants.This position reports to our Atlanta Regional Manager.In broad terms, a Sales Consultant with Avolta is responsible for the following:Review proposals submitted from marketing.Educate homeowners on the positive effects of solar energy, including energy cost savings, clean energy, and worthwhile investment to increase home value.Ability to capitalize on sales opportunities with warm leads provided, and supplement with personal leads and referrals.Ensure on-time arrival to daily customer appointmentsProvide exceptional customer service – “Customer obsession is our advantage.”The average annual compensation for a first year sales rep is $90,000 – $140,000, but for our top performers, the earning potential is significantly higher. Our top performers earn in the $400-500k per/year range. Also, we have management opportunities constantly opening up as we continue to grow, and always look first to promote from within.ABOUT YOU:Avolta Solar Sales Consultants are the backbone of our company. They are the driving force that creates revenue and the reason the rest of the company gets paid. We’re looking for someone with strong communication skills and attention to detail. You should either have experience in the service industry or sales and be willing to learn more about the solar industry.
