Job Description : TenarisConroe: Industrial Office AdministratorSchedule: This position will be required to work Monday through FridayTenarisConroe is looking for an organized and self-motivated Industrial Office Administrator who will be responsible for facility & office management. This role will include working closely with our leadership team, employees & visitors by handling various tasks in support of Conroe’s operation.This role will start out on a contract basis with the potential of direct hire.Main Responsibilities: Facilities ManagementManage Coffee Vendor ServicesManage Facility Cleaning ServicesManage & Assist with Facility events & projectsManage and ensure Mill Kitchens & Restrooms are stocked with needed suppliesOffice ManagementManage visitor arrivals and check-insManage office supplies & re-stockManage incoming office mail & distributionManage conference room calendar bookingsOperations SupportAssist with lunch catering & hotel booking as neededAssist with expense report filing & Invoicing as neededAssist HSE with scheduling & completing annual vision/hearing examinationsAssist HSE with coordinating prescription safety glasses agendaAssist with managing PPE boot orders & invoicingAssist with PPE Uniform orders as neededProfile (Minimum requirements)Completed High SchoolComfortable working in an Industrial Mill environmentComfortable interacting with a diverse workforceExperience working with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft TeamsComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentJob Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hourSchedule:10 hour shift8 hour shiftExperience:Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
