Position : IT Service Desk Analyst

By partnering with end-users and technology groups, the Analyst ensures all incidents are analyzed, resolved, escalated and reported back within the promised timeframes.This Americas IT function forms part of the wider Global Services function. You will work with the regional and Group IT and departments to support the Service Desk environment and end-users.Specific responsibilities: · Contribute to the development of service strategy to mitigate software, hardware, and networking issues· Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues by phone, web, and in-person channels· Ensure all incidents are resolved against SLAs· Partner with IT and business personnel to discuss the impact of incidents on products and services· Report all open and closed incidents to leadership teams· Learn new product and service technologiesKnowledge of: · Experience with IT troubleshooting principals· Customer service mindsetSkills in: · Working with people in a customer-facing role· Microsoft Office Experience· Microsoft Windows Experience· Mobile Device Management Support· Experience using help desk ticketing software· Experience with incident troubleshooting and escalationQualifications: · Understanding of common operating systems (especially Windows)· Curiosity, a desire to solve technical problemsPhysical requirements and environment: The work environment and physical demands characteristics are representative of those you encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
