This position is located onsite at our Gilbert, AZ Administrative Office.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Providing on-site technical support for admin center employeesTroubleshooting and repairing network computers, servers, scanners, printers and other connected devicesSupporting new hardware, software, processes and procedures used in the admin centerSetting up, configuring and trouble-shooting user accounts, permissions, passwords, profiles, workstations and peripheral devicesBuilding new or replacement computers or other devicesTesting and evaluating new technology, as requestedAssist in the planning and execution of projectsManage warranty issues, returns and replacement of defective hardwareInstall, configure and maintain security cameras and video for officesResolve problems reported by users in the helpdesk ticketing systemManage, inventory and order computer sock, parts and supplies as neededUpdate call center (PCD) call trees as requestedFully support, document, configure, maintain and upgrade corporate networks and in house servers, as well as connectivity to cloud-based applicationsInstall and integrate new server hardware and applicationsManage and implement needed updatesSupport and administer third-party applicationsEnsure adherence to governance, security and connectivity standards and minimum service levelsResearch, make recommendations and implement changes as requiredSupervisory Responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.Expectations of Performance: The employee in this role shall be considered to be performing in an acceptable manner when carrying out the CHOICE Values:CompassionHard workOpennessIntegrityContinuous ImprovementEngagementEducation and/or Experience: The following are required for performance of this job: Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field, 1-2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Willingness and demonstrated ability to accept new tasks and assignments as required.Travel: This position requires travel to various CHOICE Healthcare Services locations a couple times a week. A current driver’s license and proof of auto insurance is requiredLanguage Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports, and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of patients or employees of the organization.Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
