Job Description : Land ManagerPosition SummaryA Lahaina based company with land holdings is looking for a Land Manager who lives on Maui to manage tenants and maintain property. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to both perform minor repairs and maintenance and manage hired contractors. Work duties include both office and outdoor settings.Task specific training will be on-the-job.Essential Duties and Responsibilities Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Duties· administer and manage land lease/license agreements· perform periodic property inspections for tenant compliance and site maintenance· work with vendors and subcontractors to address maintenance issues as necessary· ensure tenant payments are received and documented· follow up on delinquent tenant payments as necessary· assist with maintenance of a piped and plantation style irrigation systems· assist with management of security measure to mitigate trespassing and vandalism· other related duties as assignedSkills and Qualifications· High school diploma, college level courses and/or degree preferred· Flexible and adaptable· Exude confidence and self-awareness· Proficiency in MS Office, most importantly: Outlook, Word and Excel· Working knowledge of CAD preferred· Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize work· Excellent verbal and written communication skills· Ability to hike 6 miles· Hawaii Driver’s License with clean traffic abstract· Previous experience as a property manager or leasing agent preferredSchedule and Benefits· Full-time, 40 hours per week.
