Immediate focus is on entry level leaders while developing courses for all levels. This position will work with customers and business partners to develop and execute training initiatives that increases a leader’s effectiveness. Coaches and mentors leaders and future leaders and carries out all duties while maintaining compliance and confidentiality and promoting the mission and philosophy of the organization.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Demonstrates understanding of adult learning theory, instructional design principles and proven track record of creating and implementing successful learning & organization development solutions.Develops effective training materials that can be leveraged by all different levels of employees, this includes professional development courses.Designs, develops and implements exceptional training programs & course materials to support a variety of delivery types, including instructor-led, eLearning, and webinars.Works with cross-functional business partners to develop and execute training programs and materials that support achievement of leadership goals.Regularly evaluates the effectiveness of course content and delivery modalities and make improvements as necessary.Ensures the programs and courses align with the core competencies for leaders.Anticipate and understand changing audience needs and business drivers and adapt to meet those needs.Manages projects to ensure timelines, milestones and deliverables are met.Manages multiple projects related to company initiatives along with daily responsibilities.Coaches and mentors leaders and future leaders.Manages the Corporate New Hire Orientation.Provides direction and support to peers and other staff as needed.Manages and oversees the new management and leader programs.Actively seeks improvement opportunities and initiates and or proposes improvements related to quality within and outside of job scope.Maintains certifications as required for the position.Works regularly with peers and others and serves as a resource.Serves as a resource for leaders in the organization.Adheres to all company policies, including but not limited to, OSHA, HIPAA, compliance and Code of Conduct.Regular and dependable attendance.Follows the core competencies set forth by the Company, which are available for review on CMSweb.OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Identifies internal and external training resources and coordinates scheduling as needed.Conducts new hire follow-ups as needed.Attends meetings, participates in workgroups and/or serves on committees as needed.Performs other duties as assigned.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor’s degree is required, Master’s degree a plus.Experience: Five (5) or more years of experience in a leadership training.
