Job Description : Lifestyle Director Job Summary Our Lifestyle team is the facilitator of all resident activities and ultimately has the responsibility to develop the clubhouse and amenity space to be the focal point of the community. This is accomplished by developing an internal promotion plan to promote programs, activities and resident-attended events.All activities for the residents of the community must incorporate an enjoyable and stimulating quality experience that solidifies they made the right choice in their home purchase.Lifestyle Director (Clubhouse Staff) – Responsibilities and DutiesThe Lifestyle Director will be responsible for creating, planning, marketing and executing all events and programs offered by NFC Amenity Management for residents of all ages; including, community festivals, educational programs, resident socials and neighborhood clubs for families, children, teens and adults. In addition, they will head the Lifestyle Team to effectively manage the day-to-day operations of the community clubhouse. This will include managing a diverse team to cover the front desk, fitness classes & programming, spa services, while creating a diverse fitness offering to successfully meet the needs of our clients.Other responsibilities will include:Oversee all front desk/concierge operations ensuring the client is satisfied with their amenity offering.Hire, train and mentor a clubhouse team (front desk, fitness, and spa) that will follow the company’s mission and brand standards.Lead the creation and refining of the fitness and spa programming. This includes introducing new group exercise classes, spa services, etc.Supervise clubhouse staff, coordinate team meetings/trainings, and manage staff schedules to ensure desk coverage.Guide team to anticipate, identify and ensure guest needs are being met andNFC/client service standard is being met.Build partnerships with local businesses and organizations.Assist with marketing events open to the public organized by the Developer.Solicit sponsorships for community events.Recruit and organize resident volunteers.Ensure a consistent image and NFC’s/client standard branding is being portrayed at all times.Manage expenses within given budget parameters utilizing spend-down sheets.Encourage all residents to participate in some or all of the monthly activities.Maintain record of resident attendance and analyze program success/failure.Work with NFC’s graphic designer and client to ensure a consistent image andNFC’s/client standard branding is being portrayed at all times.Prepare or direct preparation of a robust monthly community newsletter in order to inform residents, families, prospects, and referral sources of major events at the community.Update applicable websites with Lifestyle Information and utilize multiple communication methods to assist with marketing community events.Communicate with other department heads and staff in order to gain information necessary to provide resident and guest experiences that exceed expectations and create “moments of magic”.Perform other duties as assigned and which relate to the success of the property.Be compliant with the onsite policies and procedures.Attend property management meetings and convey all relevant information toNFCAmenity area leadership (supervisor).Facilitate consistent daily communication and staff meetings to keep staff up to date on all aspects of operations.Ensure equipment is maintained in good working order.Refine/propose standard operating procedures and checklists to provide a well- serviced and clean facility.Maintain professional relationships with property management/ staff.Maintain a clearly established opening and closing procedure.Set clear, measurable objectives, delegate responsibility, recognize outstanding performance and promote problem solving and issue resolution.Implement opportunities for managing operational costsJob Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hourSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayExperience:Life Enrichment Specialists: 1 year (Preferred)Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
