An exciting opportunity exists for a Maintenance Admin to join our Tacoma Foundry. The purpose of the Maintenance Admin is to ensure that the maintenance stock room is organized and parts inventories are kept within department guidelines.

SHIFT: 7:00a-3:30p
WAGE: $26.65

Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Actively support and participate in the Bradken 21 Step Safety Program
Participate in special activities, projects and programs in order to support Bradken’s safety, quality and productivity goals
Enter work orders into B&L system, completed or in process
Assign an inventory number to all incoming and existing parts
Log parts out of inventory when used, and align them with the work order they were used with.
Order parts as needed.
Track equipment part costs as they are being distributed and add to work order.
Pick up/drop off parts at local vendors as needed.
Filing
Keep work area clean
Alert supervisor to any safety or quality issues needing attention
Recommend process improvements
Other duties as assigned or requested
Qualifications:
Past experience in clerical
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Prefer Business & Loan (B&L) experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office products (word, excel, access)
Ability to work on a number of different projects from different departments

Experience:
Minimum one-year experience in a clerical role, prefer three years or more.

Skills and Knowledge:
Ability to create a Safe Work Environment and Culture.
Ability to work independently or in a team setting
Good computer skills
Strong verbal, written, and oral communication skills

Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform administrative tasks
Must be able to bend and twist
Must be able to lift 50 lbs occasionally & 5 to 10 lbs repetitively for short durations
Must be able to stand and walk on concrete floors
Must be able to climb ladders and stairs
