Job Description : Job Title: Manager, Ticket Operations
Department: Ticket Operations
Reports To: Sr. Director. Ticket Operations
Status: Exempt
Directly Supervises: Coordinators, Ticket Services Specialists
Primary Objective: Responsible for working in conjunction with Manager, Ticket Operations, on building all ticketed events using Ticketing software (currently Ticketmaster/Archtics.) Integrating current ticket systems with new technologies. Oversees and coordinates all aspects of ticket customer care to include phone and digital. Intra-departmental coordination on all ticketing needs.
Essential Functions:
Provide strong people leadership; implement strategies to effectively manage Ticket Customer Care and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of department’s people resources.
Train, evaluate performance, and foster growth and development of Team Members, encouraging personal and professional development
Coordinate with Business Analytics on creating and distributing various reports.
Manage inventory and assists with comp tickets including troubleshooting game day issues.
Create events, price codes, ticket types using Archtics.
Supervise Ticket Operations staff, including Ticket Specialists and Sr. Coordinators.
Integrate new developments in technology with current processes
Assist in management of Box Office.
Will perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in public relations, hospitality management, business administration or related field required. Equivalent, relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education, if approved by management.
Five (5) years’ experience in event operations management, preferably in major league sports or a large-scale entertainment venue. At least three (3) years’ experience in a management capacity.

Physical Activities and Working Conditions:
Indoor and outdoor work environment, subject to fluctuation in temperatures, exposure to the sun and elements.
Medium lifting (20-50lb) may be required on occasion.
