Job Description : Marketing ManagerPark Hill is a leading wholesaler in the home décor industry selling to retailers and designers around the country and beyond. Based in Little Rock, Arkansas, Park Hill has sourcing in Europe, Mexico, Asia and the United States.We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager who has a proven record of developing and executing marketing initiatives to build brand awareness and increase customer base. This role will be responsible for day-to- day marketing activities as well as working cross-departmentally to achieve long-term strategies.ResponsibilitiesIdentify target audiences and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and collaboration with sales and creative departments.Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.Develop and maintain analytics reporting across multiple platforms to provide insights into future marketing strategies.Attend semi-annual markets in Atlanta, Dallas and Las Vegas to meet with various marketing representatives and gain valuable industry knowledge.Research and advise management team on promotional opportunities in various marketplaces and platforms including e-commerce.Maintain editorial relationships and opportunities submitting content whenever appropriate.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications/RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field.Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proven experience developing marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.Strong project management and decision-making skills.Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategies.Must be able to use Microsoft applications including – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.Semi-annual travel is required.Compensation/BenefitsCompetitive Salary {$80-100K}Health, Section 125, LTD and STD, Life, Vision, Cancer401(k) PlanPaid Vacation7400 Scott Hamilton Dr. #54 | Little Rock, AR 72209 | 888.603.3334 | parkhillcollection.comJob Type: Full-timePay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayWork Location: One location
