Job Description : Rapidly growing Medical Aesthetic Provider located in Old-Town Scottsdale is seeking a full time office manager to run the day-to-day operational functions for the Medspa. This team leader must have a positive, can-do attitude, the ability to work as a team player, possess the strongest of communication skills, and have the ability to provide excellent patient customer service. The position requires someone who is personable, dependable and responsible, with excellent interpersonal skills that build effective working relationships with patients, providers, and team members.
