Job Description : PAY: $20.00 per hourBENEFITS: · Covered medical premiums (agency choice of insurer)· 11 holidays + 1 personal day· 403(b) agency plan will match 4% of employee gross after 1 year of employmentJOB TYPE: Full –Time, Three 12 hour shifts, 7pm to 7 am, Tuesday, Wednesday, ThursdayESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Provides direct crisis intervention and stabilization services to clients in the Licensed Crisis Residential Services (LCRS).2. Assesses need for psychiatric or psychological follow up assessments.3. Develops initial and on-going recovery and treatment plans.CERTIFICATE/LICENSE/REGISTRATION: CPR/FA CertificationCurrent driver’s license, clean driving abstract and current car insurance.EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: 1. Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of twelve (12) semester credit hours in counseling, criminal justice, human services, psychology, social work, social welfare, sociology or other related behavioral health field.2.. One and one half (1½) years of specialized experience in above field.3.
