Join Boeing’s world class Enterprise Workforce Planning and Forecasting organization as a Mid-Level Workforce Specialist . Our Workforce Specialist are the Global Process Owners (GPO) and in this role you will develop our capabilities, create processes and deliver on company-level impact initiatives.

The Enterprise Workforce Planning and Forecasting team supports the development and implementation of Human Resources processes and tools to provide the enterprise with talent and workforce planning data and insights.

Position Responsibilities:
Develops, maintains, and administers workforce planning strategies, systems and processes

Discovers new opportunities and solutions for workforce planning processes by looking beyond current practices and using expertise in systems and data

Shares voice of internal businesses and functions with People Analytics, IT, and Agile teams to ensure customer requirements and objectives are weaved into solutions and information is disseminated to stakeholders

Helps to identify potential issues that could impact the business and provides solutions and recommendations by interpreting, analyzing and integrating applicable internal, external data, and metrics

Coordinates with IT developers and other stakeholders to design, test and implement the enterprise Workforce Planning technology solution, Adaptive Planning

Communicates data and concepts clearly to audiences with differing knowledge and needs

This position has been identified as a virtual opportunity and does not require applicants to live in Renton, WA.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
1+ years of experience taking data and deriving meaningful information through analysis and data visualization

1+ years of experience partnering with senior leaders to drive business results

Experience working with data visualization

3+ years of experience in a role that required Project Management skills

Experience managing ambiguity and changing priorities in a fast-paced collaborative environment in support of multiple organizations

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning/Adaptive Insights

Experience in Workday HCM

Analytical experience collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating significant amount of information with attention to detail

Prior experience in Agile methodology

Builder of cross-functional relationships; experience connecting with and advising senior leaders within the business, thoughtfully challenging leadership when necessary

Experience with Workforce Planning methodologies

Experience data tools

Experience years of work experience in creating complex data tools (e.g. Excel, Tableau, Python, SQL) and accessing and querying databases

Typical Education & Experience:
Typically 6 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Summary pay range: $59,850 – $111,150
